Who we are

RPM Gym ("we", "us", "our") operates a multi-functional fitness facility at AD HUB Sports Complex, Level 4, Al Manhal, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, namely:

• Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address when you submit the free-trial or contact form.
• Your preferred section, preferred time and any note you add to a form.
• The content of messages you send us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Basic, anonymised usage analytics (e.g. pages viewed) to improve the website.

How we use it

• To contact you about your free tour, trial pass, membership or enquiry.
• To answer your questions and provide the services you ask about.
• To improve our website and understand which information is useful to visitors.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

WhatsApp & messaging

When you message us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and trial-request data only as long as needed to follow up with you and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
