Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, high-control method performed on a sprung carriage that adds adjustable resistance to every movement. It builds deep core strength, joint stability, posture and mobility — which is why it works so well alongside strength training, after pregnancy, or as a smarter way to move.

At RPM, the reformer studio sits inside the private ladies section. You get premium apparatus, certified female instructors and small-group or private formats — the quality of a dedicated Pilates studio, but inside a complete gym with strength, cardio and recovery on the same floor.

Mat Pilates uses your bodyweight. The reformer adds a moving carriage and adjustable spring resistance — so movements can be easier (more support for beginners) or harder (more load for progression), with a far greater range of exercises. We program both inside the ladies section.
