A safe, structured way for kids and teenagers to build confidence, movement, strength and healthy habits at RPM Gym in Al Manhal — supervised by qualified coaches, technique-first, always age-appropriate.
RPM's youth program gives kids and teenagers a healthy, supervised environment to become more active, learn good movement and build lasting habits. It's for children who want to get more active, teenagers starting gym training, young athletes developing their base, parents looking for properly supervised sessions, and families already training at RPM who want to bring the kids along.
Every session is coach-led and built around fundamentals: beginner-friendly movement, basic strength, conditioning, mobility and coordination, plus boxing-style fitness where it's suitable. The approach is simple and strict — age-appropriate exercises, full coach supervision, no ego lifting, technique before intensity, and parent or guardian approval before any child starts.
