Hyrox is a functional fitness race: eight 1 km runs, each followed by one workout station. It rewards a specific kind of athlete — someone who can keep running while their legs are already cooked from a sled or a hundred wall balls. That's exactly what we build here.

RPM runs Hyrox-style training and race preparation on the functional floor. To be clear: we're an independent Abu Dhabi gym, not an official Hyrox partner and we don't host official events. What we do is coach you for the race format — the exact stations, the compromised running, the pacing and the transitions — so you walk onto any functional-race start line knowing your numbers.

We break the race into its parts, drill each one, then stitch them back together under fatigue — the way race day actually feels.

Running intervals

1 km repeats and compromised-running blocks so you can hold pace with tired legs — the skill that decides Hyrox times.

Sled push & pull

Loaded sled work on the track to build the leg drive and grip the heaviest stations demand.

Wall balls & burpees

High-rep wall balls and burpee broad jumps drilled for efficient reps that don't blow up your heart rate.

Sandbag & lunges

Sandbag carries and weighted lunges for the loaded-carry and grind stations late in the race.

Row & ski erg

Rowing and ski intervals programmed for pacing and clean transitions on and off the machine.

Farmers carry & grip

Heavy carries and grip conditioning so the hold stations don't cost you seconds at the rig.

Do you train people for Hyrox?

Yes. RPM runs Hyrox-style training and race preparation on the functional floor — running intervals paired with the eight functional stations. We coach you for the race format; we're an independent gym, not an official Hyrox partner or event host.

What does Hyrox-style training actually cover?

The full race pattern: 1 km run repeats plus sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls and ski erg — programmed as compromised-running circuits so your legs learn to move under fatigue.

Do I need to be fit already to start?

No. Every station scales — lighter sleds, shorter runs, regressed wall balls. Beginners build the engine gradually while experienced athletes chase station splits and transitions. It's coach-led for all levels.

Where does the training happen?

In RPM's dedicated functional zone — sled track, rig, rowers, ski erg, sandbags, wall-ball targets and open running space — inside AD HUB Sports Complex, Level 4, Al Manhal, Abu Dhabi.
