A financial centre that spans two islands
ADGM's own website says its international financial centre operates across Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island, and that the district includes ADGM Square and The Galleria. This page is for the people who work in its offices.
RPM's single club is across the water on the main island, on Level 4 of AD HUB Sports Complex in Al Manhal. The route box measures the trip from ADGM on Al Maryah and rates it a short cross-island trip, with the bridge between the district and the club. Before planning, read how a financial-district working week can include RPM.
Which side of the bridge your day starts and ends on
| Where you live | Before work | After work | Weekends |
|---|---|---|---|
| On the main island | Train first, then cross onto Al Maryah | Cross back, then stop at RPM before home | Optional: a longer session or a class |
| On Al Maryah | A detour off the island and back before the first meeting | A crossing made only for the session | The easiest time for a longer visit |
| On Al Reem | Two extra crossings before your day starts | Two extra crossings for each visit | Often the most practical visit |
| On the mainland | Only if your drive in passes through the middle of the island | Rarely, after a long day | Worth it for something specific |
The first row is where RPM fits most easily, because the session sits on a crossing you make anyway, and training before work covers making an early slot stick. If your office is on the Reem side of the district, remember that the route box starts at ADGM on Al Maryah, so time your own trip.
Deal weeks, quarter ends and travel
Office weeks in a financial district are rarely even. Plan training by the kind of week you are in, and decide in advance the smallest number of sessions you will protect when work peaks.
| Kind of week | Sessions to aim for | What they look like |
|---|---|---|
| An ordinary week | Two or three | Fixed slots before or after work, in the calendar like meetings |
| A deadline or closing week | One or two, kept short | A main lift and a short finisher, enough to keep the habit |
| A travel week | Whatever the hotel gym allows | A plan from your coach that works with basic equipment |
| The week after a crunch | Back to normal, gradually | Lighter loads at first, then the usual plan |
Coached programming in the Engine tier, or one-to-one coaching through personal training, puts someone else in charge of adjusting the plan when the diary changes. Tier inclusions and prices are confirmed on enquiry.
Answers for the Al Maryah business district
Where can professionals in the Al Maryah Island business district train?
Gyms inside office buildings or hotels in the district, where you have access to one, suit short sessions at lunch. RPM is an option off the island: a full club in Al Manhal with a strength floor, coaching, a Ladies section and a recovery suite, reached by a short cross-island trip. Whether it suits you depends on which side of the bridge you live.
Which gym is best for people working on Al Maryah Island?
No single gym is right for everyone who works on the island, and RPM does not claim to be. For a session squeezed into a lunch break, a gym on the island wins on time. For training before or after work, RPM is worth comparing if you live on the main island, and it offers things a smaller gym may not, such as a women-only section with a Pilates studio, one-to-one coaching, and heat and cold after training.
Score any option, RPM included, on three questions: can you reach it at your training hour without adding a crossing, does it have what you train for, and will you still go in a deadline week?
Colleagues, HR and getting back to a meeting
If several people in your team would train, ask HR to contact RPM. Corporate arrangements are shaped around each organisation and confirmed on enquiry. Men and women can train together in the Mixed section, and women can also use the women-only Ladies section if their tier covers it.
Going back to the office after a morning session needs a plan: office clothes on a hanger in the car, a keypad locker for valuables, and the vanity area in the grooming hub, with hairdryers and products. Ask about showers, and whether towels are provided, before you build a routine on them.
On the mapped route, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street (Salam Street) carries you most of the way to AD HUB, where parking is free and on site and a lift goes up to Level 4.
| Days | Opening hours |
|---|---|
| Saturday to Thursday | 06:00–23:00 |
| Friday | 09:00–22:00 |
Hours can change, for example during Ramadan. Confirm with the team before a late or early visit.

Questions, answered.
Is RPM in ADGM Square or anywhere on Al Maryah Island?
No. RPM's one club is in Al Manhal on the main island, on Level 4 of AD HUB Sports Complex, a short cross-island trip from ADGM. Mapped estimates for that trip are in the route box above.
My office is on the Reem side of ADGM. Do the figures apply?
Not exactly. The route box measures from ADGM on Al Maryah Island. From an office on Reem, time the trip yourself at the hour you would train.
Can I train at lunch?
Rarely. A crossing each way, a session and getting ready again leave little time on the floor in a normal lunch break. Keep RPM for before or after work, and use a gym on the island at midday if you have access to one.
Can I keep a coach booked around an unpredictable diary?
Book a regular slot outside the hours meetings usually land on, such as early morning, and when work intrudes, move it within the same week rather than cancelling.
Is there a female coach for women who work in the district?
Yes. Female coaches on the roster work in the women-only Ladies section. Ask the team who is available at your hours.
