No outline on the map, so the trip is yours to measure
Most district pages can measure from a point inside the district. Al Manaseer is different: the map data behind the route box has no outline for it. The figures above are therefore mapped from a single place that carries the Al Manasir name, a fuel station, rather than from the middle of the district or from your home.
That still tells you something useful. By those figures RPM, on Level 4 of AD HUB Sports Complex in Al Manhal, is a short drive. But your own start may be a fair way from that one point, so measure the real trip before you decide. The wider checks, such as timing a trip at your training hour, are on the page about weighing a gym by its distance.
A three-run test before you join
Navigate to the address and map pin on the contact page, and note each run door to door.
| Run | When | What to note |
|---|---|---|
| One | A weekday, at the hour you would normally train | Home to the AD HUB car park, then the lift to Level 4 |
| Two | A Friday, inside the shorter Friday hours | How midday prayers and the Friday rhythm change the roads |
| Three | A weekend morning or evening | Whether a session fits around family plans on a day off |
Do run one on the day of your free guided tour, so the trip and the walk-through happen together. Parking at AD HUB is free and on site. If all three runs feel easy, RPM can be an everyday gym for you. If one drags, plan your week around the two that work.
- Write down the total time, from your door to Level 4.
- Note where the slow part was, so you can avoid it next time.
- Note how full the car park looked at that hour.
Using a gym this close: little and often
When the trip checks out, the advantage is frequency. You can train more often in shorter sessions instead of saving everything for one long visit at the weekend. A week might look like this:
- Two or three short strength sessions on the training floor, using the racks, plate-loaded machines and cable towers.
- One conditioning session in the functional area: sled pushes on the turf lane, then battle ropes, kettlebells or slam balls.
- A group class when the timetable suits. It changes, so ask the team what is running.
- A lighter day on the treadmill, cross-trainer or bike when energy is low.
If you are new to training, book a coached session in the first week, so the short visits have a plan behind them. A coach can set the order of exercises and the loads, and show you how to progress them on your own.
| Days | Opening hours |
|---|---|
| Saturday to Thursday | 06:00–23:00 |
| Friday | 09:00–22:00 |
Hours can change, for example during Ramadan. Confirm with the team before a late or early visit.
The club keeps early-morning and late-evening hours, shorter on Fridays, and the times can change in Ramadan. Confirm them before you fix your slots.
Choosing a tier once the trip checks out
| Tier | Built around | Suits you if you |
|---|---|---|
| Floor | The training floor | Train alone and already know what to do |
| Engine | The floor plus coached programming | Want structure without booking regular sessions with one coach |
| Atelier | One-to-one coaching | Want a coach to run the plan with you |
Inclusions and prices are confirmed on enquiry. Which sections each tier covers, including the Ladies section and the recovery suite, is part of that conversation.
Read the membership page before the tour, so you can ask about the one or two tiers that fit.
Questions, answered.
Does RPM have a branch in Al Manaseer?
No. The only RPM club is in Al Manhal, on Level 4 of AD HUB Sports Complex. The route box gives approximate figures for the trip from Al Manaseer.
Why are the figures for Al Manaseer only approximate?
The map data used for the route box has no outline for Al Manaseer, so the trip is mapped from one named point. Yours could be shorter or longer depending on where you start.
Which road does the mapped route use?
It finishes on Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Street, the street into AD HUB. How you reach that street depends on where in Al Manaseer you start.
Is there somewhere women can train away from men?
Yes. The Ladies section is for women only, with its own strength and cardio equipment and the Pilates studio. Confirm that your tier covers it.
What if my test runs show the trip is slow at my hour?
Move the session rather than drop the plan. Try early morning or later evening, when roads are often calmer, or keep RPM for the days that work and train at home on the others.
