Who comes to the Chamber, and where RPM sits for them
The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry says on its website that it supports and promotes the interests of businesses in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with services for anyone from a sole proprietor to a large establishment. The same site gives its location as the Abu Dhabi Chamber Tower on the Corniche. This page is for people who come there for appointments or events, and for owner-managers whose working days are spent downtown.
RPM is one club, on Level 4 of AD HUB Sports Complex in Al Manhal, and it has no arrangement with the Chamber. The route box measures the trip from the Chamber's building and rates it a short drive, so a gap between appointments can hold a session if you plan for it. For the basics first, read RPM's one club, seen from a day of downtown appointments.
Judge the gap by what comes after it
Length matters, but the next commitment matters more. Before you leave the Chamber, look at what follows the gap:
| After the gap | Session that fits | Leave out |
|---|---|---|
| Another formal meeting, or a signing | Strength work at moderate effort, with long rests | Hard conditioning that leaves you flushed |
| A call you can take from the car | A normal session, planned to end before the call | Anything you would have to abandon halfway |
| Your own office, with nobody to impress | A full session, turf lane included | Nothing in particular |
| Home for the day | Your longest session, with the recovery suite afterwards if it suits you | Rushing, since nothing is waiting |
The recovery suite's heat and cold are not for everyone. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, ask your doctor before using the sauna, steam room or ice bath, and ask the team whether your tier or pass includes them.
If the gap is tight, protect the next appointment first. Train on the short side, and save the long session for a day with room in it.
One car, two sets of clothes
A day of appointments puts formal clothes and training kit in the same car. Keep them apart:
- Formal clothes on a hanger, out of the sun, with shoes in a separate bag.
- Training kit packed the night before, so nothing is decided between meetings.
- Documents for the next meeting locked in the car, and your phone and keys in a keypad locker in the changing area.
- For the next meeting, the grooming hub keeps hairdryers and products at its vanity area. Ask about showers, and whether towels are provided, before the first time you rely on them.
The mapped route from the Chamber ends on Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street (Airport Road) into AD HUB, which has free on-site parking and a lift to Level 4, so the car can serve as your wardrobe for the day.
Owner-managers: a diary with nobody else guarding it
When the business is yours, no HR department or set office hours protect your training time, and every slot competes with a client. These habits help:
- Book the session as an appointment with another person in it. A coach through personal training expects you to turn up.
- Choose a recurring slot in hours clients rarely ask for, and ask the team which of those hours tend to be quieter on the floor.
- When a client takes the slot, move the session within the same week rather than dropping it.
- If your staff would train too, an arrangement for the business may suit better than separate memberships. Corporate arrangements are set up for each organisation and confirmed on enquiry.
| Days | Opening hours |
|---|---|
| Saturday to Thursday | 06:00–23:00 |
| Friday | 09:00–22:00 |
Hours can change, for example during Ramadan. Confirm with the team before a late or early visit.
In Abu Dhabi for one day of appointments
Visitors from another emirate or from abroad sometimes come for a single day of meetings. A session can still fit, as long as access is settled before you arrive:
- Ask whether a day pass is available for your date, what it includes and what it costs. Passes are time-sensitive, so the team confirms each point.
- If a long drive home follows your last appointment, keep the session moderate and leave time to eat before you set off.
- Women visitors can ask about the women-only Ladies section, and whether a pass covers it.
- Pack trainers and kit even if you doubt you will use them. Meetings that end early leave the best gaps.

Questions, answered.
Is RPM inside the Abu Dhabi Chamber Tower?
No. RPM is a single club, on Level 4 of AD HUB Sports Complex in Al Manhal. The route box above gives the mapped trip from the Chamber's building.
Does Chamber membership give me anything at RPM?
No. RPM has no arrangement with the Chamber, so being a member there carries nothing at RPM. Membership options at RPM, and their prices, are confirmed on enquiry.
How long should a session between appointments be?
As long as the gap allows once both drives and changing are counted, and no longer. Decide it before you leave the Chamber, so the next appointment never depends on the session running to time.
Can I take the free tour in a gap between appointments?
Yes, if the gap allows. The free guided tour is a walk-through with a member of the team rather than a workout, so you can do it in office clothes and book a session for another day.
My business partner and I want to train together. Is that possible?
Yes. Business partners of either sex can train side by side in the Mixed section. Women can also use the women-only Ladies section if their tier covers it.
